I-44 West to St. James, MO; exit South on Hwy. 68 to Salem, MO; at Salem take Hwy 19 South to Eminence; at Eminence take Hwy. 106 West (5 miles) to Alley Spring National Park.
Approximate time -- 3 hours

From Springfield, MO
Hwy 60 East 5 miles past Birch Tree, MO, turn left on Hwy E; or Hwy 60 East to Winona, MO, turn North on Hwy. 19 to Eminence; turn West on Hwy. 106 (5 miles) to Alley Spring National Park.
Approximate time -- 2.5 hours

From Columbia, MO
Hwy. 63 South to Rolla, MO; continue South on Hwy. 72 to Salem, MO: Hwy 19 South to Eminence; turn West on Hwy. 106 (5 miles) to Alley Spring National Park.
Approximate time -- 3.5 hours

From Kansas City
